Our specially selected Scotch Beef provided by Simon Howie of Perthshire is traditionally matured for a minimum of 21 days to ensure the perfect tenderness and flavour. Choose a sauce to accompany your steak. Choose from red wine jus, mushroom and marsala, Béarnaise or creamy peppercorn and brandy
